What we collect

When you submit an enquiry we collect your name, phone number, suburb, the type of work you need, and optionally your email address, vehicle details and any comments you add.

When you call us we record the details needed to attend the job. When we attend, we sight identification and proof of ownership but do not retain copies unless required.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, quote the work, attend the job and keep a record of work performed. We do not sell your information or share it for marketing.

How it is stored

Enquiries submitted through this website are sent to us by email and are not stored in a database on the site. Our website is served by Cloudflare, which may log standard technical request data.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies.

Complaints

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, contact us first. If we can't resolve it, you can refer the matter to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
