Most businesses that call us do not have a broken lock. They have a key problem: nobody knows how many copies are out there, a staff member has left without returning theirs, or the same key opens every door in the building including the ones it shouldn't.
That is a design problem, and it is solvable. A properly planned key system controls who opens what, and a restricted system means copies cannot be cut behind your back.

Common questions
Can you work outside business hours?
Yes, and for most commercial installations we'd prefer to. Doing the work after close avoids disrupting your day.
What's the difference between master keys and restricted keys?
Master keying controls which key opens which door. Restricted keying controls who can have copies cut. They solve different problems and are often used together.
We've lost a master key. What now?
Call us. Depending on how the system was designed we may be able to rekey the affected level rather than the whole building. This is exactly why the original design matters.
Do you handle strata buildings?
Yes, including common areas, restricted key registers and managing authorised copies for a building.
Can you service what another locksmith installed?
Usually. Restricted systems are the exception — those blanks are tied to the original supplier. We'll tell you honestly if that's the case.
Do you provide quotes before starting?
Always. Commercial work is surveyed and quoted in writing before anything begins.
